As a Registered BAS Agent, Greg is subject to a Code of Professional Conduct which includes:

He is able to lodge BAS documents via a portal, and is aware that electronic media such as Portals are becoming the ATO’s much preferred system for receiving data.

On the two occasions when he  has applied for Registration as BAS Agent, he met all the  qualifications including the professional development requirements that are set down.
